Layers object is a result of work focused on Plexiglas contour lines, which maintain their raw form. The base shape is made from handmade blown glass covered with layers of Plexiglas and sand. The structure of these items is similar to that of rocks found in nature, except their form is not the result of the influence of time but of my experiments with the material. Despite their structure being very similar to rocks, they were created by human activity and not by nature. Does this make them artificial though? In this project, I wish to highlight the fragility of boundaries and terms, which we tend to create. I was inspired by the fact that we are all made of the same elementary particles, stardust, and are therefore connected to everything in this world.
